What to expect from this blog in the future

by Jon Cooper

Lately I’ve been busy out of my mind, but I’ve been brainstorming up a few awesome content ideas. Since my YOUmoz post over at seomoz got promoted to their main blog, my website has been off the charts in traffic, comments, and emails, which means I’ve been very busy. I know a lot of you are dying to see some more great content from me, so I’d like to throw a few post topics out there to see what you think.

Here’s a few future posts you can expect from this blog in the near future:

  • Niche Site Challenge #4: Update on Rankings
  • Niche Site Challenge #5: My Highly Effective Link Building Strategy
  • Top Link Building Blogs of 2011
  • My first link curation post
  • Case Study: My SEOmoz guest post (I got tons of traffic & exposure, and I’d love to share with you guys the exact numbers)
  • Niche Site Challenge #6: Monetization
I’m also thinking about putting together an ebook. It’s going to be a complete & specific link building guide to give you the exact sites to get links from & how to get them. I’m debating whether or not I should finally get around to creating a subscribe by email list so I can send insider link building strategies, info, & updates directly to your email, and I might jump start the process by offering the ebook for free (just an idea at this point in time).
If you haven’t noticed, I like to share a lot with my readers. I want you to know what’s going through my head to build up this blog, because chances are most of you have a blog of your own. By telling you my different ideas on how to build up RSS subscribers, twitter followers, email subscribers, and the all important links, it helps me feel better when my readers can take what I’ve learned and put it into practice. This is one of the problems with some of the top blogs in the blogging niche – they tell you what you should be doing, but never tell you how to do it.
Are there any other things you’d like to see from this blog in the future, such as post topics? Feel free to leave any thoughts in the comment section below; I never hesitate to get involved & continue the conversation. If you haven’t already, follow this blog on twitter & subscribe by RSS. Rarely do we tweet more than once a day, so I can guarantee it won’t blow up your twitter updates. Thanks for reading!

I am very interstedin all the topics youlisted as well as the ebook. I guess my first vote would go to the Niche site challenge updates, how you’re ranking, your content creation stratgey and your link building strategy.
